A few weeks ago I saw that Esmerelda , who some of you may know from her Instagram account ( @FootChick ), was traveling to Lancaster, Pa. I hit her up and we began to chat about possibly finding some time to shoot during her visit. Long story short, our original plan was for me to come by for a few hours on Monday, August 6, 2018 and shoot a handful of sets. A few days before our shoot, however, Esmerelda told me that she had some open time on Sunday now too. She said if I was available, we could shoot both days. That's exactly what we did. I picked up Esmerelda around noon on Sunday and we were off to a couple of stores prior to our shoot. Once we were set, it was onto the first location I wanted to use - a small field area where a roller coaster from a nearby park would be visible. Well, that was how it looked on Google Maps . When we arrived, it looked like the amusement park had bought that plot of land and turned it into a parking lot since the area was last mapped online.

Back in 2013 I began a blog series that reviewed all of the  Wu's Feet Links  feature model galleries up to that point. Due to the time and dedication that I put into all of these features, I decided it would be a good idea to add a new entry to the series each and every time one of my models is featured. Yesterday Jasey Rae and I met up to shoot the July 2018 Wu's Feet Links feature set (see blog: " Wednesday's Shoot - Jasey Rae "). The original plan was to get in two sets, but due to circumstances, we only got to do the one. Since we planned on shooting on back-to-back days, we figured we'd just bump that second set's theme to Thursday instead. What was the theme for Thursday, you ask? Well, it's one you actually just saw. Last week, on Friday, Mindee and I met up to do a shoot themed to a certain emoji that carries an adult connotation - the eggplant. On Wednesday afternoon, Jasey Rae and I managed to escape work for a few hours and shoot one doozy of a set! And in just three days, everyone, members and non-members alike, will get to enjoy this set. Why, you ask? Well, today's set will serve as the July 2018 Wu's Feet Links feature. I will have a blog feature detailing this set, and what it means to me, in the days to come as well. In this blog though, let's go over some of the basics of how the shoot went. I'll save the background, lead up, and fun little tidbits for blog I always write accompanying my feature sets. Jasey and I ran out of work at 1 p.m. on Wednesday. We both had to be back in a few hours, but we knew we'd have plenty of time to get the set in, as long as things went according to plan. That almost didn't happen, however! I'm so glad to induct this beauty, Kaycee, into the site's 1K Club this week. Back in 2014 I had a quiet, but oh so beautiful, coworker of mine agree to shoot for her very first time. She was timid and that first shoot of hers saw her quite nervous. Today, however, she's telling me how lucky I am to be in front of her feet whenever I get the chance. After having my first four shoots this week not happen (see blog: " Heat Waves, Video Cards, Blisters, & Car Accidents... Oh My! "), it felt so nice to finally have one of my models baring her feet for me. That model was none other than Abby , the one who started it all! It's been three years since our last shoot, and although we only did one set today, it was long overdue and came out amazing. Mindee's final set of the "May I Have More Mindee?" event was such a hit! "Thank you!
