I will be the first one to tell you that I am happy to see members and even non-members writing to me about what they like about Soles of Silk and what they want to see on the site. But then there are those e-mails that are just so far out there that they get annoying. One of those overly annoying things has been happening a LOT since I created a MySpace page for the site. That one annoying thing is the guys who write to me that they want to suck my toes and do all these other kinky things to me. Up until now I have always responded with a pleasant, "Sorry, you've mailed the Web master, not model-x, but I am glad you enjoyed model-x." This week marks the arrival of a new sole mate named Natalie . I met Natalie at a friend's Super Bowl party not too long ago. If you read her mini-profile on her model page, then you'll know that she is also Bethany's cousin. When Bethany introduced me to Natalie we made some small talk and the conversation led to the site and Bethany's pictures. I ended up asking Natalie if she'd like to pose, and although I did not get an answer immediately, I was in contact with her shortly thereafter and made plans to do a photo shoot with her for the site. Natalie was not the only girl I met at the party who is supposed to be modeling for the site, however. You won't find this addition on the site, but rather on another popular site, MySpace . It seems like anyone and everyone has a MySpace now. And to think I made one a little more than a year ago when I was dating a girl who told me how great the site was. I think my MySpace sat there for a year without a single picture or bit of information placed on it. Still, I had people wanting to be my friend. In the here and now all my friends and people I've met online are making their own MySpace pages, some with killer designs and others, well... I won't get into those. It only seemed logical to make the move to have Soles of Silk on MySpace with its immense popularity. Before I had even posted Soles of Silk online I had to get a bunch of photos in the books to begin the site with. I had photographed a handful of models and one of those was Lisa Tyler . Lisa used to run the site Forever Feet and I admired her and her feet when I saw a feature model set she did on Wu's Feet Links . I contacted her and found that she was willing to model for Soles of Silk, even though I had nothing to show for the site online at the time. Now as most of you know, Soles of Silk combines the girl next door who has never modeled in her life, with the girl who models for a living, with those who even run their own foot fetish sites. I had more than 40 models on the site and also displayed my artwork on the female foot. One of those 40 models is making her Soles of Silk debut this week. That model is Andrea . Andrea and I grew up as next door neighbors. We used to play He-Man/She-Ra way back in our youth. As we grew up we still hung out here and there, but we did grow apart slightly. But for those of you who haven't done either, there is some recent news that is sure to make a lot of people happy. The news is: Carmen has come home! Carmen moved months ago and I was not able to meet with her before she left to get in some photo shoots. I have had a ton of e-mails asking if Carmen was still modeling for the site and I had to explain the situation. People were a little bummed to say the least because Carmen has been one of the most popular models since she debuted on the site. Some days I've walked out in a jacket and then I go and get a little bit of a sun burn on my neck at the beach yesterday. Crazy stuff. Back in June I did an All- Madison featured update. This month I have decided to do the same with another regular model here on Soles of Silk. That model is Layla . Layla quickly became a hit on this site when I posted her first set on the site, which was her Fells Point Tugboat Set. Her dirty feet being bared in a public place drove people insane and people demanded more of her. I had shot three sets that day, but with her demand and my enjoyment in shooting her caused me to meet up with her several more times to get more sets in, each time getting some awesome shots.
