Last week I was finally able to shoot with Kelsey for the first time in 2024. We shot three sets on Wednesday and made plans to get together again the following day. I couldn't pass up a chance to shoot Kelsey on back-to-back days and on Thursday, we shot two more sets.  During our shoot on Thursday we tossed around the idea of getting together again the following week. I couldn't pass up the chance to shoot Kelsey on back-to-back weeks either and today we made that happen by shooting three more sets. Even though it was chilly and at times, windy, I wasn't passing up an opportunity for more camera time with one of my best friends, or those adorable feet of hers. Can you blame me? Thankfully today wasn't full of interruptions like we faced on Thursday. We pretty much had the park to ourselves with only a few people coming by from time to time. We kept our themes simple too just so we could shoot quick if needed. Here are the three sets we managed to do: Set 1: Relaxing

For the first time this year, Kelsey shot new photos yesterday. It was long overdue and I was so glad to have her barefoot in front of my camera again. As I said in yesterday's blog, Kelsey and I had plans to meet up again today. I was hoping to get in another two or three sets, if possible. While we did manage to do two, it took us a good while to find a place where we felt we fire off 70 or so photos without too many wandering eyes, especially ones sitting in police cars. Talk about long overdue! Kelsey had not shot a single new photo since the end of 2023. She's been busy with life, work, and family and although we constantly talked about shooting, we just couldn't find the time. Well, now we have. And best of all, we're going to shoot again tomorrow. Set 1: Cryptid Hunter About a month ago I pitched an idea to Kelsey for a cryptid themed set for Halloween. If you're not sure what a cryptid is, think Loch Ness Monster, Bigfoot, Jersey Devil, Mothman, etc. Basically, creatures that people claim to have seen, but have never been proven to exist. I went online and ordered a bunch of cryptid themed items and tossed Kelsey my old 35mm camera. We went out to the woods, shooting next to an old covered bridge. She made use of all the props and even a jack-o-lantern that was on the bridge'

A few weeks ago Audrey and I had plans to shoot a football-themed set just in time for the start of the NFL season. Some scheduling conflicts came up, so we had to push it back by a couple of weeks. That means the set wouldn't be online by Opening Day, but better late than never, right? Set 1: Football Fan Audrey was looking forward to this set more than any one she's shot to date. She insisted on being the model for this year's Ravens-themed set and I wasn't going to argue. We just didn't know where or what we would do. We tossed around a few ideas, but some of the ideas we had just wouldn't work out due to time and location issues. Ultimately, we decided on a fan in the stands theme for the set. We tossed down a Raven's throw blanket and Audrey put on some Ravens gear that included a shirt, socks, a lanyard, and those stickers that emulate eye black. I thought they'd be a cute touch. This summer I've seen quite a bit of Roxy . You wouldn't know it though as this was our first time getting to shoot this year. For the last several months the two of us have been out and about doing road trips here on the East Coast. Although we always plan to toss in a shoot or two during those trips, time restraints usually leave us with little or no time to make them happen without sacrificing our travel plans. Well, yesterday was different. We got an early start, stopping at the nail salon and shooting three sets before it got too hot outside. We did have plans for afternoon and evening, but they were much closer to home than some of our previous adventures. Anyhow, enough about all that. Since I began Soles of Silk , models have come and gone. I always get asked why a certain model no longer shoots and the reasons vary. Most tend to do with jobs, relationships, or moving. It just comes with the territory. Most of the models I shoot are personal friends of mine, or introduced to me via friends. They're not pre-existing fetish models out there shooting for others or themselves. They just do it for fun with me because they trust me and what I've done for going over two decades now. If you're asking why I've went into all of this it is because I've managed to reconnect with a model I haven't shot with in almost five years. That model is none other than Audrey . Audrey debuted back in 2018 shooting a few solo sets. People fell in love with her slender size 9's, as did I! In 2019 Audrey even introduced us to her sister, Bria , The two did two sets alongside each other that were so fun and teasing. Then nothing. I reached out to Audrey a few times,

For the last few days I've been out of state on vacation. I needed some time off and wanted to do something fun for a few days. Well, I was able to do that, but before I headed out for my trip, Ava and I spent a few hours together shooting some new content.  Talk about a way to get my vacation started off right! Three new sets of Ava's size 9 feet. And not to brag, but things kicked off with a nice long foot massage before I even picked up my camera. Okay, maybe I am bragging a little bit. Can you blame me? Plus, she insisted. Who was I to say no? Anyhow, onto the photos: Set 1: White Track Suit I think every time I shoot Ava outdoors she shows up either wearing a pair of sneakers, without socks, or has brought a pair along with her. This shoot was no exception. She was already in her track suit too knowing that I was going to ask for a sneaker set. She planned ahead. After meeting up back in March for some long overdue photos, Ava and I didn't want to wait too long to get in our next batch. With the weather much warmer than two months ago and the skies clearing from recent rain, we elected to shoot outside. It's been a while since I've shot outdoors and it was nice not having to set up lights or find an indoor spot. Ultimately, today turned out to be a great. Ava brought along three pairs of sneakers, with one of them being ones we used a few years ago. For her fourth set, she'd slip into a pair of clear flip flops you've seen before.  Now let me shut up and get into today's sets. The last time Ava and I got together to shoot was at the end of 2021. Back then she was spending a lot of time in front of my camera, appearing in some of my favorite sets. As you can imagine, I have missed her and those big size 9 feet. I know her fans have too. Whenever I posted a photo of her on Twitter ( @SolesofSilk ), I'd often get messages asking me if she is back, or when she would be. Well, that time has come! Yesterday Ava and I got together to shoot some much needed content. We managed six sets during our time together and neither of us can wait to do more. The best thing is that during our time together, I showed her some of Leah's recent sets. She said she'd love to do some sets with Leah one day. When I told Leah, she said she is 100 percent on board. Ava also wants to shoot with Kelsey at some point as we all used to work together and know one another. Charlee certainly has a massive presence on Soles of Silk  and has for a long time. She's one of only three models to reach the 3K Club (3,000 photos). Until last year, she was the site's second most photographed model behind Mindee . Kelsey's meteoric rise the last two years, however, now sees Charlee in third place. With all that said, it is wild to think that I haven't shot any new content with Charlee in almost two years. August 2022 was the last time we met up, and just like today, it was during her travels back north to visit friends and family. That's how we've gone about shooting for a while now. She comes home. I grab my camera. We hang out. We shoot. It's crazy to think just how many photos she'd have if she never moved and lived less than 5 minutes away like she did when we she debuted. Since Soles of Silk debuted in 2004 I have worked mostly with friends, co-workers, and classmates as far as models are concerned. During that time, I've had some of those models tell their friends and/or family about what they do, which in turn, made some of those people interested in joining them. It's happened numerous times and it has happened yet again. A few months ago Leah told me about her friend, Dakota . Dakota thought Leah's photos looked fun and told her to tell me that she was interested. We touched base soon after and have been chatting on and off for a bit. On Monday, February 12, 2024, she became the site's newest model. So through Leah, I met Dakota. And when you think about it, through Alice I met Leah. It's great when you have people coming to you wanting to shoot. And guess what? Through Dakota, I might be working with her daughter. Yes, that's right.
