Sunday's Shoot - Mandy

Image
Sometimes you can overly plan, think you have everything laid out perfectly, and then it just doesn't work out. Luckily that doesn't always mean everything comes crashing down on the day, however. Today was one of those days. For months I've been chatting with Mandy about getting back together for some more photos. She had only posed for the single set in 2013, when she debuted. It was very hot that day and we got delayed by a mother and child who wanted to hang out right where we were taking photos. Well, the same thing happened a few times on Sunday too, but more on that later. Where things went wrong today began when I picked up Mandy from her house. I forgot to grab a bag full of knee high socks that we intended to use in one of her sets. I actually thought I might have left them in Charlee's car last week when she did two sets (see blog: " Sunday's Shoot - Charlee "). I called her and she said I didn't, so it was back home for me. Before I m

Wednesday's Shoot - Jamie

Yesterday I had a few hours open before I had to be at work. Jamie and I decided to do a quick shoot, but we had to make a quick stop to get her toes painted first. By chance, I picked this amazing shade of teal that matched a top and a pair of flip flops she brought with her. Our original idea was to do a set with some flats, but with all the teal going on, I changed plans. A few days ago I looked at some parks I had never used for shoots before. Abby shot at one (see blog: "Today's Shoot - Abby) and the following day, Kayleigh shot at two others (see blog: Yesterday's Shoot - Kayleigh"). Since we only had a few hours before I had to be at work, I decided to try one of the others since it was nearby. We made our way through the large park and at the very end we found an area with two piers. One was quite weathered, but the other was in much better condition. As much as I liked the weather look, the pier itself was kind of small, so we went for the other. Jam

Soles of Silk F.A.Q. - Shoot Themes

Image
When I first began to explore my fetish years ago I quickly realized that there are countless sub-genres to this little fetish of ours. While I don't exactly enjoy all of them, I try to include some variation on the site when it comes to the sets I post. In this entry to the Soles of Silk F.A.Q. blog series I am going to take a look at some of the sub-genres you will find on the site and how I determine which ones I shoot. Frequently Asked Question:  What foot fetish themes will I find on Soles of Silk? Over the years I've kind of found a grove of shoot themes that my members seem to enjoy. I also enjoy many of these to various degrees, but here is what you will find looking through the page of Soles of Silk with some samples for each: Bare Feet & Blue Jeans ( Sample 01 / Sample 02 ) Dirty Soles  ( Sample 01 / Sample 02 ) Food Smashing  ( Sample 01 / Sample 02 ) Flip Flops  (Sample 01 / Sample 02 ) Oily Feet  ( Sample 01 / Sample 02 ) Shoes/Sandals/Boots

Noticing Nude Hose

The set that began inspiring my newly found love of nude hose. I've always been a barefoot guy. I've always preferred women's feet bare over other means, but I have to be honest here. Nude hose has been doing it for me lately! As a kid growing up I always adored women wearing stockings. At that point I was more into legs than anything else. Eventually I began noticing women's feet, but never really tied the two fetishes together. As I grew older and began exploring the fetish, I saw that the love for stockings, whether pantyhose, thigh highs, knee highs, or any other variation, was enormous. When I met Kim T. and her then husband, I met two people heavy into the pantyhose scene. It rubbed off on me somewhat, but I still remained a barefoot guy. Since starting Soles of Silk back in 2004 I have been sure to include stockings whenever I can. Usually they're of the thigh high variety so they can be pulled off to eventually leave the feet bare. Here and there
