This week I had plans to shoot both Alice and a debuting, Camille ( Kayleigh's younger sister). Plans didn't work out 100 percent, but I was able to get in two sets with Alice. Camille and I are going to try to get in a set or two later in the week, if the weather allows it. She had something come up, so I told her not to worry. Sadly, however, I was planning on getting them together for a set. We're still aiming for that to happen nevertheless. Only having to focus on Alice today we both slept in on our day off and met at a local mall around 1:30 p.m. We needed to pick up an outfit I wanted for a set, but she wanted to make sure it would fit her properly before I bought it. When it comes to clothes, I always defer to a female. I swear I never get that right - even when buying their size. This outfit was one I had seen in a Hot Topic several months ago. Last week I was busy coming up with the nomination and the voting format for the return of the Wu's Feet Links Hall of Fame (WFLHoF). When it came time to make the announcement on the Wu's Feet Links Columns Blog I made a neat little discovery I had never noticed since 2005. After completing the blog, " The Return of the Wu's Feet Links Hall of Fame ," I decided to dress it up a little with some images. I did a screen shot of a sample ballot, but I wanted some feet on there too. I figured a photo of one of the current WFLHoF members would make sense and of the seven inductees, I went with an image of Lexi . She was the most recent inductee and therefore, her photos were the largest when it came to scale. I didn't want to stretch one of the smaller images from circa 2000 on the blog, so Lexi it was. The last two days were supposed to be back-to-back shoots with two different new models, both of which are related. The shoot scheduled for yesterday was supposed to be with Camille , Kayleigh's younger sister. Unfortunately mosquitoes did a number on her feet on the Fourth of July so we rescheduled to this coming Sunday. She's been looking forward to posing her 18 year old feet for the first time, so be on the lookout for her in six days! Today's shoot didn't need to be postponed and was with Kayleigh's and Camilee's cousin, Rose . I've known Rose for years as we used to work with one another. I always told her if she'd like to pose for the site the door was open to do so. Until now, however, she never took me up on that offer. It was actually more than a year since I last met up with Rose, so when she sent me a text a few weeks ago and mentioned she was finally going to take me up on my offer, I was a little surprised. Today is the sixth day of my nine day vacation. The first three days consisted of Mindee and I doing a small road trip and doing seven sets in the process (see blog: " Vacation Shoot - Mindee "). After a few days to sit back and relax I was back out with my camera today with another pair of pretty feet in front of me. This time, as was the case with Mindee, the feet belonged to a model who's spent lots of time in front of my camera in Abby . It's been a number of months since Abby and I last got together to do new photos. She was long overdue and we were both looking forward to getting out for the day. Luckily the weather held out for us. Sadly, that hasn't been the case for most of my vacation. Rain, rain, and more rain has been the forecast and that looks to be the case in the days ahead as well.
