While writing the December 26, 2016 blog titled, " My Favorite Photo Sets of 2016 ," I came up with idea to do a spin-off blog that counted down my favorite sets featuring Mindee from 2016. Since I did a Monthly Mindee update this year, she had a ton of material to chose from. I think it's only fitting to dedicate an entire blog to her and all just the 13 sets she did throughout 2016. And in this blog, I will also be counting her Wu's Feet Links feature set, " The Ferris-t of them All ." Before I begin, I must say that there isn't a bad set in this bunch. I love all of them. Ranking them was not easy! All kinds of factors went into why I placed each set where I did. Last year I wrote the first ever, Star Models blog. In it, I named the three models on the site who modeled the most during 2015 (see blog: " Soles of Silk - 2015's Star Models "). Those models were: Alice , Kaycee , and Mindee . Well, now that 2016 is drawing to an end, I figured I'd go ahead and do a 2016 version and see just who were my star models for this year. Overall, 2016 saw me shooting just a little bit less. The spring was nothing but rain and although I got off to an early start getting to shoot a couple of sets with Jasey Rae , I didn't get to shoot again until May when Mindee did her first sets of the year. All in all, I had 11 different models do shoots in 2016, four of which were brand new to the site. These models include: Alice, Felicia , Jasey Rae, Kaycee, Kelsey , Mindee, Noelle , Reagan , Reese , Rein , and Rilynn . Of the 11 models listed above, Kelsey, Mindee, and Alice found themselves in front of my camera more than the others in 2016

With the last update of 2016 now in the books, it's time to take a look back at my favorite photo sets of the year on Soles of Silk . just like in previous years, this was no easy task. All of my models featured in 2016 really brought their A-game and did some sets that I was eager to share with you each and every week. As a reminder, I do not include feature model galleries on this lists, so Mindee's " Ferris-t of Them All " set is not eligible. Don't worry though, Mindee always finds herself sprinkled throughout these lists. I'm sure this year will be no different. Also, only sets that were published in 2016 are included. I shot a lot of amazing sets this year that are still waiting to make their way onto the site, but there are only so many weeks in a year.
