I finally talked to Ryan about posing this year and will be posting a set of hers next week. Last week I posted the blog, " Depleting the Photos Banks of Soles of Silk ." Since then I've entertained a handful of emails and private messages about the status of a particular set and/or model. I wondered if there would be any particular models people would all clamor to see. What ended up happening was people asked to see more than half of the models I listed in piece. The very first person to contact me about the blog mentioned how much he loves Amelia and that is why this week a set of Amelia will be going up on Soles of Silk . In addition to mentioning all of the unpublished sets in that blog piece, I also talked about how some of the models have moved on from posing and some I wasn't quite sure about. In the days that have gone by since I published that blog, I have been able to get in touch with a handful of my models and talk to them about posing in 2015. S

A sample from an unpublished 2013 set done with Marcy. The last few weeks I've been motivated to get some of the older, unpublished sets for Soles of Silk online. Recent updates such as Rachel DD's February 11 set and Kimmie's February 4 set were both taken in the spring of 2013. Jamie's January 21 update was shot a few months later that same year. Why the backlog of unpublished sets? When I shoot my photos for the site I tend to do them in bunches and usually during warmer months in the spring, summer, and fall seasons. During the winter, Maryland isn't known for being warm. So during those warm months, it is easy to add countless sets to the photo banks as I try to book numerous shoots each of those months. But for sets to take two years to be published, there are other things that come into play. Another year is in the books and for the last month, The Annual Soles of Silk Trivia Contest - 2014 Edition had been ongoing. This year I threw in bonus questions that were designed to give the chance to anyone qualifying for the prize the ability to double their winnings. I will say up front that this contest didn't produce too many entries. Not sure if it was particularly hard because those who entered did very well. Maybe I just didn't advertise it that well? Who knows? The last few contests I did back in 2014 went over very well, so I was expecting the same with this one. It was just not the case. Because of the poor turn out for this contest, every person who entered was automatically given one of the 2-month membership prizes. The scores were literally so tight I couldn't see giving someone who scored one to two points less the secondary prize. I did, however, abide by the prize doubler bonus.
