Last week Soles of Silk celebrated Audrey for becoming the 22nd model to join the site's 1K Club (1,000 photos). Reaching 1,000 is no small feat as less than one-quarter of the site's models have gone on to accomplish that mark. There are some, however, who have gone on to do it several times over. This week, we celebrate one who has. I give you Charlee . Charlee reached the 1K Club in 2013, the 10th model to accomplish the feat. Six years later, she'd add another 1,000 to her gallery, becoming the third model in Soles of Silk's history to reach the 2K Club. She wasn't done there, though. In 2022 she'd become the second-ever model to break the 3,000 mark behind Mindee . Kelsey would later join them and those three are still the only ones to reach 3,000. For a few months now Ava and I have been talking about shooting her first sets of 2025. Our schedules didn't mesh too well to start off the year, but we finally found a Monday to get in some much needed camera time - that being today. My aim was for us to shoot four to six sets. This week's Soles of Silk update will see her last remaining unpublished set added to the site, so I really wanted to get some new content with Ava in the books. As our shoot date drew near I asked Ava what she thought about the possibility of having Charlee come by for a couple sets. The two of them shot together back in 2021 and I absolutely loved the two sets they did with one another. Ava said she was game so I asked Charlee. She agreed in a heartbeat. And there I was as happy as can be. With how amazing those two sets from 2021 turned out, I had high hopes for anything we'd shoot today. Since the start of 2025 Charlee and I have been trying to schedule her first shoot of the year. We've penciled in dates numerous times, but every one of those had to be canceled by either her (once) or myself (several times). Both of us had family issues come up that warranted our attention, so we just kept pushing the date back. While it bummed me out to have to keep postponing, I knew that when we did finally get together though, things would be amazing. And they were! Charlee and I were able to meet up around 4 p.m. yesterday and shoot six amazing sets. We shot a wide variety of themes too, so there should be something for everyone's likings. Some of the different themes we did include sandals, sneakers, stockings, and even some messy foods. Sunday, December 29, 2024 marked a huge milestone for  Soles of Silk  - that being 20 years online. I began work on the site back in 2004 as a passion project after running several free sites in prior years. Little did I know, so many of you would love the content I shoot so much that I'd still be here doing this 20 years later. In the weeks and months to come, I will be sharing a series of blogs titled the "20 Years of Soles of Silk Retrospective," looking back through the countless memories I've made along the way.  I ask you to join me in celebrating these memories, none of which were possible without all of you and the 114 different models who shared their feet with us.
