A few years ago I came up with a method of ranking the sets I publish for these annual lists to help me keep my sanity. Throughout the year I keep an ongoing tally, adding each set to the list as they make their way online. This helps me from having to go and look through everything all at once at the end of the year. In simpler terms, I rank them as I go. Even with this method it doesn't mean that I don't find myself second guessing my choices and moving stuff around. I find myself doing that every few weeks or even here last minute before I post the results. It comes with the territory and is like trying to pick your favorite kid. Not to brag, but I've shot a lot of kick ass content this year. I look at so many sets that didn't make the list and think how awesome they are and ask myself how I can live with myself not featuring them in the Top 10. There's only 10 spots though and something is always left out. This year, it just seems like so many great sets are on ...

There might be four days left in 2024, but I've shot all the new content I'm going to shoot this year. As much as I'd love to see some soft soles and wiggling toes in front of me and my camera, that's going to have to wait until 2025. And yes, I already have plans being set in motion for some awesome content next year.  A new model will be making her way to the site, a few fun holiday themed sets are in the works, as well as several team ups - some new and some popular ones that you all love from before. That's enough about next year. Let's focus on what happened in 2024. In 2024 I worked with seven different models: Leah , Dakota , Charlee , Ava , Audrey , Roxy , and Kelsey . Each one of them did amazing work, but the annual Star Model ranking celebrates the three models who shot the most in a calendar year. Back in March Charlee was back home, visiting from out of town. She gave me a few hours of her time to shoot some photos as we had done so many times before. While shooting that day she shared her plans for moving back home later in the year. She also said that once she returned, she'd like to shoot again like old times.  It's hard to believe that Charlee, the site's third most photographed model with 3,683 photos, has lived hundreds of miles away from me for year now. Debuting back in 2009, Charlee quickly racked up a bunch of photos, but then moved. Even after she moved however, she'd always give me a day or two to do some photos whenever she'd come back home to visit family. I've always been thankful for that. Those shoots have allowed her photo count to rise even with the distance between us. I can only imagine how many she'd have if she had never moved...
