Ginger has agreed to make a return in 2021, 11 years since her last shoot. Just two days after announcing nine models who I've been in contact with pertaining to new shoots, I get treated to some more amazing news - also pertaining to a model who wants to shoot. W hile working on the March 3, 2021 update, I struck up a conversation with none other than Ginger . Ginger who debuted in 2010, shot a handful of sets that year, including the set that I named as my 13th most favorite set all-time in the blog, "1 5 Year Celebration - My 15 All-Time Favorite Sets (2004-19) ." Sadly, after shooting that, along with several other amazing sets, we never shot again. Jump forward 11 years here and she tells me  she's up for making a return. My jaw hit the floor. One of the most common emails I get are ones asking me about a particular status of someone's favorite model(s). A few years ago I did a series that informed people of the status of all the models on the site. Since that was some time ago and new models have since made their way onto the site, I figured it would be a good time to do an all new version. With 88 models on  Soles of Silk  as I write this, I have decided to break the series into 11 parts, each one featuring eight of the site's models. Marcy's set in the mud from 2010 was a very unique set. All night long it rained its ass off. Kaycee , who shot last week (see blog: " Monday's Shoot - Kaycee "), told me in recent months that she wanted to do a set like Marcy did back in 2010 where she got covered in mud. With both of us having off and knowing the ground was going to be soaked in the morning, we decided to shoot again. Kaycee and I met around 11 a.m. and drove to a waterfront park I have used before. The rain had stopped about an hour before and the sun was beginning to come out. Sadly, that's not what I wanted. For a set like this, an overcast day without the sun beating down on us, is desired. We didn't get that and because of it, when we got to the park, there were several cars on the parking lot. People were already walking around.
