Monday morning - there I am with my eyes shut, head on my pillows, probably dreaming about Kaycee's & Reagan's soft bare feet. Sounds good, right? Well, what I should have been doing was getting my ass ready to pick them up for their shoot! See, when I woke up Monday morning at 8:28 a.m. it was to a text message from Kaycee asking if I was leaving soon. I had told the girls I was going to pick them up from her house at 8:30 a.m. Well, I looked at my phone, still all groggy, and put it back down. I was thinking she woke me up two minutes before I had my alarm set at 7:30 a.m. Problem was, I accidentally set it for 7:30 p.m. and not 7:30 a.m. and it was now 8:28 a.m. When it finally clicked in my head I woke up ass up and texted her back. At the end of 2013 I decided to make a blog entry titled,  My 10 Favorite Photo Shoots of 2013 . It was the first time I ever took a look back to pick my favorite sets from a calendar year. I planned on doing it again here for 2014, but then I began to think about doing it for years past to further go along with this year being the site's 10th year online. I thought it might make for a fun little stroll down memory lane with some of the site's best sets with models who may or may not be posing anymore. I'm sticking with the criteria I used for the 2013 favorites as a guide for this series. Only sets that were published during that year will be featured, regardless of when they were shot. Today Emerald and I met up for one of the few remaining photo shoots I have marked down on my schedule in 2014. With only two days remaining before October, and lots of unpublished sets awaiting their day to be featured on the site, I've been selective about scheduling. Emerald , however, has been great to me for each and every shoot she's done - doing some of her best work during our last meeting. Because of this I told Emerald I'd be game to get several more sets whenever she was free. We made plans to shoot today and I came up with a few unique ideas. Our first set was in a field of sunflowers. For the past few years I've seen people on social media shooting in the midst of thousands of sunflowers on a farm somewhere in Maryland, but never knew where it was. Today was set to be a good day. Charlee and I scheduled a photo shoot, she told me she needed her feet rubbed, and we were going to spend the rest of the day at Six Flags America. So I was set to enjoy two of my most favorite things in the world today - women's feet and roller coasters. Well, one out of two isn't bad. More on that at the conclusion of this blog. Charlee picked me up as she wanted to drive. We decided to plan our shoots at locations down around the amusement park so we could just drive right over and hit up the rides. The first location was at a Metro Rail station. This particular station had a unique piece of art at the entrance that I had been eyeing up on Google Earth when I planned this, but we quickly found there was really no spot to pose other than on the ground. The set that began inspiring my newly found love of nude hose. I've always been a barefoot guy. I've always preferred women's feet bare over other means, but I have to be honest here. Nude hose has been doing it for me lately! As a kid growing up I always adored women wearing stockings. At that point I was more into legs than anything else. Eventually I began noticing women's feet, but never really tied the two fetishes together. As I grew older and began exploring the fetish, I saw that the love for stockings, whether pantyhose, thigh highs, knee highs, or any other variation, was enormous. When I met Kim T. and her then husband, I met two people heavy into the pantyhose scene. It rubbed off on me somewhat, but I still remained a barefoot guy. Early preview from Jamie's teal & black sneakers set. Every time I turn around this year an important milestone is being reached on Soles of Silk . On the January 8 update Mindee became the second model to join the 2K Club (2,000 photos), also overtaking Cierra for the most photos on the site. Less than two weeks ago Kelsey joined the 1K Club (1,000 photos) and now, Jamie is doing the same. If you remember back to the 2013 Trivia Contest, one of the questions asked which two models were the next closest to reaching 1,000. That turned out to be Kelsey and Jamie and both have broke that mark, doing so on the same month at that. Jamie began posing the day after her 18th birthday back in August of 2010. This makes her one of the fastest to hit the 1,000 photo mark in the site's history. She's done some amazing sets along the way too, but I'll get into that below.
