Monday's Shoot - Kelsey & Audrey
For the last few weeks Kelsey and I have been in talks to get in some much needed camera time. She hadn't shot at all in 2025 before today. And just a few weeks ago, I published her last remaining set of hers that I had from last year. So yeah, I needed Kelsey and her pretty feet shooting again.
As today drew near, we decided that we should shoot the annual Ravens themed set. Kelsey did one in 2023 with Audrey doing 2024's. Thinking about those two sets sparked an idea. What if Audrey was free that Monday to shoot with Kelsey? It's been ages since Kelsey's shot with anyone and it's been several years for Audrey too. I ran the idea by both and they loved the idea. Now that Ravens set would be a two girl one, the first time I've done a multi-model Ravens set in a very long time.
Well, today being that Monday, I made sure to get the girls some Ravens attire and figure out where we'd meet up. Things got underway around noon and this is how it unfolded, starting with that Ravens set.
Set 1: 2025 Ravens Set
I wanted to tackle the Ravens set first. Yes, pun intended. With the regular season starting in a few days, I wanted to make sure above all else, this one got done.
With two models in this set, I shot this one down on the ground on Audrey's Ravens throw blanket. I also brought along my replica helmet, which you can't see in this shot, but it is in some of photos. The major prop for this set would be the shoes I found for them to wear last minute online - purple ones of course.
For the last week I have been teasing this set by showcasing photos of both ladies from their previous Ravens sets on X. I kept saying how awesome it will be to see their vastly different feet side-by-side, and well... I was totally right! I loved Audrey's bigger, slender soles being right next to Kelsey's smaller, wider soles. Even their toes are vastly different and I love both of them. I'm sure many of you do too.
Set 2: Slimy!
Thankfully Audrey had enough time to shoot a second set with Kelsey, so I had to figure out a theme for them to after the Ravens set wrapped. My idea? Slime. Both girls liked the idea, although they're not the biggest fans of having it in their house. Seems like a common feeling. That shit gets everywhere and did in this set. Good thing we were shooting outside. And yeah, that shit got everywhere!
And oh yeah... Do you see those flip flops in between the two girls and in Audrey's hands up there? Their feet got slimy in those flip flops too. Fans of messy feet should love this one.
Set 3: Finishing Up a Walk
After a long walk back to our cars and saying our goodbyes to Audrey, Kelsey and I walked off to a spot where she could shoot her first of two solo sets. We kept this one simple, but relied on a theme that so many of you have come to love with her - sneakers without socks. Yup, it's a favorite of mine and seeing Kelsey's plump toes and soft soles nice and moist on a warm day like today was also overdue.
I'm going to have to check with Kelsey to see if she has any other sneakers and to make sure she hung on to some of the ones we used late last year. Another sneaker pile set is in order. The first one was so much fun. I'd love to do another.
Set 4: On a Bridge Over the River
We didn't quite know where to shoot the final set. Our first spot had all-new "no trespassing" signage posted in the area, so that was out. It was an area I had used in the past a couple of times and never had an issue. The sign was definitely new though and I didn't feel like chancing it. Instead we hopped in our cars and visited a nearby nature center.
Kelsey had mentioned wanting to shoot on a small bridge at out first location earlier, so I knew just the place to go at the nature center - a much bigger bridge in a much better location. We just had to take a small walk through some woods, along a nice cool, shaded path first.
We figured we'd be the only ones on the bridge, but did end up having to stop a couple of times for people walking across. They never came back before we finished up though, so I'm not sure where exactly they went. Maybe there is a long trail on the opposite side of the bridge? I thought it was just woods, but I guess that bridge is there for a reason. It has to go somewhere. Maybe some day I'll look into it. There could be some other spots over there for future shoots.
After the fourth set it was time for Kelsey to head home and for me to go get something to eat. It was nice getting to shoot with both Kelsey and Audrey today and I'm hoping to team them up again before the end of the year. I'm also thinking about asking Charlee to jump in on some sets with them too. I haven't done a trio in ages. Would you all like to see that team up? I know I do!
