The following is part of a series of blogs that will look back at all the feature sets from  Soles of Silk  that have appeared on  Wu's Feetlinks  and the girls who made them a success.  Carmen  got the ball rolling in 2006 and every year since,  Soles of Silk  has had a set featured on  Wu's Feetlinks  - the most recent of which stars  Aspen . In the last entry we saw Kayleigh celebrating the end of the school year. In this one,  Aspen  represents the USA while having some fun in the falls... I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that I will be headed out on Saturday, June 28 for a much needed vacation. It's going to be a nice 10 day road trip hitting up numerous places I've always wanted to see. Sadly, there will be no models going with me for shoots. This is all to get away from things for a little while. With that being said, I have finished the Wednesday, July 3 Soles of Silk update and will be posting it on schedule from the road. I also have a few prewritten blogs that will be posted during that timeframe. This week should also showcase Aspen's feature set on Wu's Feetlinks . Between that and this week's update featuring both Mindee and Emerald , there should be plenty to keep you busy until I get back. Hope all of my fellow Americans have a safe and fun Fourth of July. Back on April 6, 2013 I wrote the third part of the blog series titled, "Soles of Silk Model Statuses." In that third part I made mention of Kelsey and said the following: " Kelsey  was a regular model on the site until a number of months ago when she became a mom for the first time. She's ready to pose again, so once the weather gets warm, expect to be seeing her return to show off her trademark soft soles and pudgy little toes." Well, here we are at the end of June and Kelsey has finally made her return. We had this date planned for over a month now. I had tried to schedule as many models as possible to shoot before I was scheduled to go away on vacation. Kelsey picked June 24 and it was a date I was looking forward to. Kelsey hadn't shot in over two years. She was overdue, but we almost ran into some trouble. Just like most of my other plans this month, the forecast was calling for rain and a chance of thunderstorms. The morning finally arrived
