Well, well. It seemed like it took forever, but the majority of the clips that appeared on the site in various formats and sizes have all been upscaled and remastered into the current format. I say majority for a couple of reasons. The first reason is that a few of these clips have holiday themes. When I was remastering five clips per week for the last few months, I would time the holiday clips (ie. Halloween and Christmas) to fall on the weeks of that holiday. Being I have finished remastering before Valentine's Day, for example, I will add those Valentine's Day clips in on this year's Valentine's update. Nope, but that would be super cool and I am sure you'd all want one! The 1,000 I am talking about here stand for photos. Madison was the first model to reach 1,000 photos in her galleries. Between her solo galleries and galleries where she's posed with the likes of  Lauryn , Molly , and Bethany , she has a grand total of 1,064 photos at the time of this column. I just posted a 90 photo gallery dedicated to my favorite aspect of those size 8.5 feet and that is her long narrow soles. Happy New Year everyone! I hope everyone had a fun and safe New Year. I ended up falling asleep on a friend's couch and slept like crap all night. Once I got home around 9 a.m., I fell quickly asleep in my own bed and didn't get up to almost 5 p.m. Ouch! So here we are in 2008 and I have some new ideas and plans for this site. As an artist and creative person, I always strive to keep things fresh, but never to detract from the total package of what it is I am working on, in this case, Soles of Silk. Those of you who have been members for the last couple of months have already seen some redesigns and reorganization of certain sections of the site, such as this Columns section. I want to wish each and every member a happy holidays and say thank you for your membership to this site. When I started this site in 2005 I planned to do pretty much the same thing I had done with my old site in the years before. Over the years I've tried my best to introduce new items, whether it be sections, content and of course models. Models leads me to the next group I'd like to thank. When I started this site at the end of 2004, which opened on December 29, 2004, I had eight total models. Those models were:  Amber , Cierra , Lauryn , Lisa Tyler , Madison , Maria , Mindee and Sue Lovely . Presently there are 41 models on the site. I couldn't do this without any of you. So if you're reading, thanks for all the great sets and ideas you've brought to the site.

While reorganizing the Columns section last week I came across a couple of columns I wrote that I named "footographies" (like biographies) on specific Soles of Silk sole mates. I thought to myself that it has been a long time since I did a footography, so I'm making an effort to once again do them every so often. Her thread about her posing again on the site's forum always saw periodic comments and wishes of a Carmen return. For some time now I have been tinkering around with different things with the site, namely the Video Clips section (including the actual clips) and the Columns Section. Video Clips Well, it only took me forever and a day to give up with the previous set up and go buy myself a new video program at Best Buy. I ended up getting Movie Edit Pro 12 for my PC. Now, I wasn't sure exactly what to get as I had a top of the line program in Final Cut Pro on my Macintosh. I looked at most of the programs at Best Buy thinking they might be novice and lacking in some features I might want later. After using the program for a couple of days, I have been satisfied with the purchase. It has made editing video clips a one computer process with none of the headache you are used to hearing me bitch about. I am cu

Well it is August and this summer seems like it just started yesterday. Where did the time go? Seems like I haven't done much of anything this summer, but yet it is creeping ever so close to being over. I arrived at these sediments a few weeks ago when I began booking as many models as I can into July for some much needed new content. Only July 12, 2007 the last of the wallpaper designs were submitted for the first ever Soles of Silk Wallpaper Design Contest and I sent off the designs to be reviewed and judged by two of the site's sole mates. Those sole mates were none other than Abby and  Kellie . I had a handful of participants for this brand new contest and almost every one of them entered several designs each. Although only each person was only eligible for one prize, those people showed off their skills and passion for the three models they could chose from to design wallpapers with - Chloe , Layla , and Precious . I am sure each of those girls will be happy as ever to see themselves as the subject matter for their designs.
