Some of you might remember the teaser I ran a couple of months ago announcing that in the upcoming months the site would be adding video clips to compliment the photo content. But as I am sitting here with a book beside me learning the video editing software, I want to ask everyone their opinions. Below are a list of questions/ideas I have and I want our input on what to do with these videos. First of all, let me first share that I currently work on an Apple Macintosh and have already began learning a program that will allow me to make my video clips look nice with intros and copyright information. But this week I should also be getting a Windows PC that I had built with some amazing specs. I'll probably end up getting video software for that platform too. But in all honesty, I've stuck to Apples all my life being in the graphic design field, so t

Time Out for Katrina

I wanted to take a few minutes of your time this week to step outside the usual columns for this site and talk about the events going on in the Gulf States with Hurricane Katrina. Its been over a week since Katrina devastated the south. New Orleans has been in turmoil ever since. Many people have died and even more have lost their homes. Families have been split apart and relocated in various states. It's just a mess. Seeing all the images on TV and in the newspapers I decided to place the banners to the American Red Cross on the site's home pages and below. I encourage everyone who can spare even a little bit to do so. I have been talking to people where I work about getting together some things as well. I think everyone has old clothes or items that could be useful to those down south. Check out the Red Cross' site and see what they recomme

Hot Spots to See Barefoot Women

Living in Maryland, a state that can be scorching hot in the summer and freezing cold in the winter, trying to catch a glimpse of some pretty feet out in public can sometimes be a seasonal thing. But in my years, I've found that several places offer better views of pretty girls going barefoot, or at least in some skimpy sandals. And I'm not talking about just seeing a girl in some mules walking down the street, I'm talking about good views where you can see some dangling or extended views of soles and such. Here are the top five hot spots I've found in sequential order: 5. Mall - Okay, this one was obvious. So many cute girls looking for the latest fashions will spend hours walking around the mall in flip flops, sandals, and even on a few rare occasions, I've seen them holding their shoes and going barefoot. Even rarer, you'll so

Foot Fetishism - Mainstream Media?

The blog below was originally published in  Soles of Silk's  Column section. It was archived and then republished here in 2016. I'll be the first person to admit that I have been way too busy to watch much TV lately. But one thing I have noticed when I do watch it is that more and more foot related items are out there than ever before. I've also been reading about things others have seen on forums and in chat. A few weeks ago Wu, from Wu's Feet Links , posted some video clips from an episode of WWE Raw where a male wrestlers has been given a foot fetish as part of his story line. A female wrestler by the name of Lita, proudly showed off her bare feet for this wrestler who was about to take them into his mouth. Of course, after watching wrestling religiously for more than a decade only to recently lose some interest, it figures they'd do something like this when I'm not catching every episode. WWE, however, has catered to us foot fetishists in a few other instan

Random End of the Month Stuff

The blog below was originally published in  Soles of Silk's  Column section. It was archived and then republished here in 2016. It's almost August! Man, where has the summer went? Things are going by so quickly and keeping up sometimes isn't easy. I always seem to pull through and get these updates posted right on time — and by the sounds of things, you're happy with what's been happening. With August on the horizon, here are some of the things going on with me and the site. Video Clips So many people have wanted me to shoot video clips and for months now I have been doing just that. Of course none of them are on the site, but that is because I have been building up a small collection of them to introduce to all of you in a brand new section here on the site. I also have some other sections planned as well, but the video clips section is without a doubt going to be the one you all want to see. Almost every single shoot I've done I've shot some small clips,
